New Beautiful summer nighty - NWOT

Brand new never worn short nighty from Frederick's. Has lightly see threw cups and lightly see threw front & back darts at the bottom of nighty. Been hanging in my closet & has adjustable straps but noticed the top of one of the plastic sliders is broken off, see pics 7 & 8. It will still slide up & down but may not stay locked. I can't fit into it to try it on so I don't know for sure but it still slides tighter or looser. It's a shame since this is brand new
