New Betsey Johnson Formal Black Dress sz. 6 NWT

This dress is new without tags. Has an empire waist with a pleated bottom. This is a size S but I consider it to be a size small. Has a satin and tulle undercoat.Pleated Nylon see through over skirt. Measurements: Bust 30”, waist 26”, Entire length 30”, skirt only 20”. This dress is for a small busted woman. I purchased this from The Betsey Johnson store on Melrose in Los Angeles. It was too small in the bust for me.
