New Black Dress With White Embroidery Detail

NWT, size 5. Black, with slight sheen. Please note, this dress is described as black on the tag. In some lights and in photos it looks gray or navy blue, but it is black. It has a satin sheen to it so catches the light at certain angles. Beautiful embroidery detail in front, buttons on back. Elastic waistband. Long sleeves that can roll up and button to shorten the length. Brand new. One small area on the ham where some of the threads appear loose (see pics), was like this at the time of purchase.
