Love this Frank & Eileen high/low tunic top in a classic black color. Featuring beautiful thin knit cotton material. Please note: the thin cotton material is meant to have a distressed style. Size: Medium New without tags and defects: there are three holes on the upper back around the back label stitches. The first hole is 1/8” in diameter and is on the upper back left side. The second hole is a little under 1/4” in diameter and is on the upper back right side, 1” below the neckline. The third hole is 1/8” in diameter and is on the upper back right side, 1/2” away from the back label stitches.
