New with Tags! I purchased this leather jacket in early 2000s from Kohl's. Quilted inside for added warmth! Ladies's Size Medium approx 31" down the back so should fit most at butt or below. Hood is NOT designed with a draw string. The bottom of jacket does have a draw string. Perfect Condition! Non-smoking home.
