New Black Midi Dress

size small / never worn This cotton blend midi dress is super comfortable and features 3/4 balloon sleeves, a tie, and pockets! It doesn’t have any tags, but it has never been worn. 30% Cotton, 65% polyester, 5% spandex gives this dress a nice stretch. For reference, I’m 5’ 1” and this dress hits right below the knees.
