New Blue Green Sequin Sleeveless Dress 11

New with tags from the Penneys department store. Original retail $60. Beautiful color. I would call it an Emerald Green with blueish undertones. It depends on the lighting. Some of the pictures look more blue. Padded bust. Rubberized elastic around perimeter of the top to help hold it up. Ruching in the center of the bust and around empire waistband. 3 layers of fabric on the skirt section. There are a couple of short "runs" and snags on the ruching on the backside to the right of the zipper. The ruching on the waistband and the folds in the skirt make them less noticeable.
