This set was inspired by our many nautical family memories.The material is cotton, spandex and super buttery soft! This is a size 4XL which equates to a US sz 8-9. Tag says ages 8-9. Measurements are Tunic Length is 23 inches Sleeve length from shoulder to end is 4 Shoulder to start of flutter is 2 inches Shoulder from flutter to end 2 inches Armpit to Armpit is 12 inches Shorts Waist is 8 inches but very stretchy Total Length is 11 inches Start of ruffle to bottom of ruffle is 3 inches Top of shorts where ruffle starts is 8 inches Slight Variation in measurements may be different which is another reason we made sure to add spandex to these sets. Wash Care- We have found washing inside out cold and lay flat to dry is the best way to keep the colors vibrant.
