New Burgundy Over the Knee Velour Boots Size 6

Brand new, never worn over the knee, thigh high burgundy/maroon boots, size 6. These have a 4" heel and are 27" from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot. They are made of a velour type fabric and have a half-zip closure. I bought these from Rue 21 for $42.99, but have never worn them because sadly, my legs are too short and they don't fit properly. Absolutely beautiful boots!
