Size 8 sleeveless long tiered chiffon evening gown from Carol Peretz. Beads adorn this dress all around. Comes with matching scarf. There are some beads missing from the detail at least 4 places that I see. See pic two for missing areas. Overlay has some small picks. Zips up back and hooks. See pics for details.
