I can’t even begin to appropriately describe the high quality of this dress. It will not dissapoint. Functioning buttons at the bust. Full flare skirt with tiers of striped fabric. Striped are actually different colored geometric “lines” giving this dress so much dimension. Elastic cuffs, waist and neckline. Optional cold shoulder puffed sleeves. Says extra small. Fully elastic and overall relaxed style makes it great for 0-6 range New never worn. Do not have the paper store tags, but is still fresh off the shelf. 100% cotton. Listed under spell as Carolina k isn’t a brand option . I would consider this higher quality, but similar price range.
