@colombianma12 I’m sorry I haven’t made it to LensCrafters yet, hopefully tomorrow. I’m disabled and In Pain 24/7 which makes it really hard for me to get out of the house but I’ve got to get it done, I’m using a magnifying glass to read with my glasses on.

@colombianma12 I just spent $750 on 2 new pair of glasses and my inside glasses are not working for me. I think the lens are too small for my prescription 😏

@colombianma12 Oh thank you for letting me know that 🙏🏻 hopefully I find something out tomorrow. I’m pretty upset with them for not doing something right away when I told them I couldn’t see through them but could thru my polarized sunglasses, same prescription but my sunglasses had bigger lens. You have a wonderful weekend as well 🙏🏻

@colombianma12 Just wanted to let you know if I can find an Optical Outlet near me I’m going to go Monday & have my eye retested & ask them how much they will charge me to put new lens in my own frames, if it’s reasonable & these are correct size lens & are still available I’ll be back.

@colombianma12 I just cannot believe how LensCrafters are acting after just spending nearly $2,000 in less than a year them wanting to charge me $375 to just put new lens in my own frames again.

@bre5743 yeah I went yesterday to put lens in my frames and thank god my insurance covered it but they wanted close to 300 just for the lens and my prescription is nothin special at all

@colombianma12 I don’t understand that at all, the frames are 3/4er’s of the cost until you want to use your own than they jack the price up. Some of us can’t afford to buy new frames especially when I need a new prescriptions now about every 6 months, grrrrr.

@colombianma12 Lez, I just wanted to let you know I haven’t forgotten about these, I was finally cleared to have the surgery on my left eye but will still have to wear glasses for my right eye. My consultation with the eye surgeon is tomorrow so I’ll let you know after the measurements are done if these will work for me 👍🏻

@colombianma12 Oh no worries, I went to the optical dept at the eye surgeons office and they told me they would be too wide, they would stick out to far on each side and the arms wouldn’t fit right. Mind are a 50 & they said they wouldn’t go any bigger then that

@colombianma12 thank you 🙏🏻 I just picked up my new ones yesterday, I used my own frames and just had new lens put in them but having trouble seems out of the right lens but that’s the eye I’m legally blind in so I’m not sure if they never made it right or if it’s my eye 🤦🏻♀️
