Holographic white butterfly thigh garter by Chrome Monarchy (not iHeart Raves at all, just tagged their brand because they're a major rave label.) This one is sized for 27-30" thigh. Brand new, never worn. I purchased it for an EDC outfit, and then decided on other accessories instead. Brand new and includes care instructions and microfiber cleaning cloth. It’s a personal choice where you choose to wear it – experiment until you find a spot that feels most comfortable To measure, grab a measuring tape and measure the full circumference (full circle) around your leg. If you don’t have a measuring tape, simply use any string or cord. Cut (or hold) the place where the ends of your measuring cord meet and then hold against a ruler to see the length inches. It’s important that you don’t add or remove any inches to the measurement because you want a snug but not tight or loose fitting.
