Brand new. I ordered for myself but it’s too small for me so I have never worn it other than trying it on. Pin tucks on either side of the midline. Button-down flap pockets. Shirt sleeves are made of flannel and they button at the cuff. 100% cotton. From the nape of the neck to the bottom of the shirt measures 28”.
