I bought this dress at The Boulder Creek Festival. Sz OS. This dress can be worn over 50 different ways, from dress to skirt. The color is Normandy, which is a slate blue. Excellent condition, durable fabric. Measurements: Size is one side. Waist laying flat 12 inches to 20 inches. Wrap straps are 71 inches, and each can stretch more. The length measured from bottom of Bodice to bottom of dress is 24 inches.
