New Cynthia Steffe Silk Tiered Ivory Dress

Size 6 but fits like a 4. Never worn beautiful silk dress. Has a couple of tiny snags because of delicate silk but doesn’t affect the gown in my opinion. Light weight. Would be beautiful for a bachelorette or vacation dress. This dress runs small. For example, i’m 5’4, 116 pounds, 32c. Fits me perfectly except i’m too short waisted for this design. Best for tall, thin, smaller chested girls. See pics for measurements.
