New Directions black and red velvet layered blouse with 3/4 bell sleeves. Beautiful, feminine, romantic. This layered-look blouse features a black scoop neck inner layer with a black and crushed red velvet rose pattern outer layer. Four small round buttons meet in the center to create a fitted, tailored look. The ruffled sleeves and swooping front lay gracefully to create a lovely flowing effect. Made of lightweight, stretchy poly/spandex blend. This was one of my favorite blouses, and although I wore it quite a bit, it still looks practically brand new. I wore it with a black skirt and nice jewelry for a dressier look or with jeans and black ankle boots to the office on "casual" days.
