New Directions Short Sleeve Long Blouse/Dress NWT

This lovely black and white garment can be worn as a longer shirt or shorter blouse (knee length at 29") . It is NWT. Size XL. It has a V-neck crossover in front with some gathering and a gathered band across waist. The bottom is flared. it is easy care 94% Polyester/6% Spandex which gives it some stretch. It is in Excellent Condition! Length 29" Bust (armpit to armpit) 17" Sleeve 5" All measurements were taken while garment was laid flat. Item #064LS
