@elainagd Hi ^^ I’m sorry I don’t know if it is true to size or not.... I’ll get you the measurements as soon as I can. As for the style of the dress, I think it’s supposed to be more fitted on top in the chest area but definitely more flowy on the bottom. It has more of a flare bottom. Thank you for looking ^.^
