@rain68 hi, sorry I didn’t see you’re first message. It measures 15” across but it has a stretchy gathered back, so room to stretch. I’m usually a L but I felt like these ran a bit big. They’re still in the stores so I already replaced mine with a medium. The only reason I’m selling them on here is because I took the tag off like a dummy.
