New Frontier Fringed Western Blouse

The fringe embellishment on this top is incredible! It's full, (no hanging threads), and when you move the fringe sways to your rhythm. The collar is red suede. There are a few spots that I tried to capture in the photo above. I'm pretty sure this can be remedied at the cleaners All measurements are approximate: across underarms: 20.75" length center back: 27" sleeve length: 25"
