New Girls Room Seven English Floral Dress with Drawstring Skirt

New girls dress by Room Seven. It’s a 100 percent cotton fabric in a floral pattern on white. The hem of the floral part has drawstrings to shorten or lengthen. The skirt underneath is a white ruffle. It zips up the back and it is lined. All of my items are new with all their tags from my closed children’s shop.
