New Glow in the dark Hour Glass charm bracelet

Temporarily reduced -In the light it looks like white sand or powder. Let it get some sun or bright light, then in the dark it glows blue. An hour glass pendant that does allow the sand to flow. Bracelet is a dark satiny cord with a white Macrame slider. In addition to the pendent there are two flower beads on the cord. It is adjustable. The pendant itself is almost an inch long.
