New Gray Oversized Wrap Shirt or Dress

I ordered this beautiful top from an online boutique, but wasn't made aware that it runs on the larger size. It's a 2X, but it fits more like a 3X+. I never wore it, except to try it on, and then completely forgot I had it. It is a no name boutique, but it's DEFINITELY really well made. (belt not included, I just wanted to show it in a different style.)
