New HALO blouse

HALO cold shoulder, short sleeve blouse. Rounded neckline with 4.5” opening in front & 3.5” opening in back. Back opening has a button at top. Front opening has a small silver rod. 3” slits at bottom of both sides. Stretchy. Approximate: Armpit to armpit: 30” Length shoulder to hemline: 30”
