Do these run tts or small? I am a size 9 US, but often wear 39.5 italian….

@krystalhicks I have been told by people trying them on they fit a little larger then a nine, the elastic sides offer give and the velvet is not stiff like leather. Unfortunately I’m an 11 so can’t try it on for you - I can take measurements of the width when I get to my store later today. They are gorgeous, luckily these are not my size or I would keep them.
