New In burgundy velour pattern long sleeve dress size small NWOT

This is a new without tags New In brand mini dress, size small. Long semi-sheer sleeves with elastic cuff detail. Velvet/velour paisley style pattern in a red jewel tone, burgundy to crimson depending on the light (first photo is with flash, second is without to demonstrate). Bought for a holiday party that I didn't get to attend, so it's never been worn except to try on!
