New J Crew Full Ruffle skirt, Blue, 2P - XS

Worn once, a flattering full J Crew skirt in 100% cotton with wide tiered ruffles. Has a thin cotton underskirt - so it is perfect for summer, you never feel hot in it thanks to natural material. Size says 2P, but i am notmally 0 and it fit me just fine.
