New JCrew green lace skirt

This beautiful NWT green lace skirt would look lovely worn at the waist with a black shirt under and some comfy ballet flats. This skirt has two sheer layers which makes it not see through but light and airy. Wear it alone when it’s warm or over leggings for the cold times. Diameter around the waist is 32” but has some stretch and is 18” in length from top to bottom.
