New Kelly Scott ladies 1X button up tan jacket, cut out look at hem. One chest pocket, poly and spandex. Fabric feels like a suede cloth. No real tags but has hang tag with extra button so it is new. Put to pit 25 inches flat, probably a roomy 1X. It could be worn as a top due to button up.
