New Kimchi Blue vintage style tap shorts size 2

New without tags from urban outfitters Kimchi Blue gray ruffle tired tap shorts size 2. I bought these about 15 years ago and never got a chance to wear them. The waist is 14.5 inches across laying flat, the rise is 9.5 inches in front, the inseam is 1.5 inches and the width of the leg opening is 12 inches across laying flat. There is a hidden zipper on the side with a hook and eye closure. These do not have stretch. The tags fell off but they still have two of the plastic tag holders on them.
