New LOGO thermal Handkerchief hem skirt, XS

.Brand new never worn but since it’s from QVC it came without a tag.This adorable skirt is a mid length but has a hemline that arches and has four points and four arches if that makes sense please look at photo that shows the Hamline with measuring tape for length. The color is very pretty it’s like a dark dusty teal that borders on charcoal gray, but you can definitely tell it’s not gray in person. Second pic shows color well. Logo xs fit me as a 2/26 Jean
