BRAND NEW and still in little bag it came in. I bought this (and an identical one in RASPBERRY RUBY, listed separately) for my granddaughters when they were young ~ but forgot I had them! Now they're grown and no way will these fit them. It's been a family tradition to give girls a birthstone ring for their 13th birthday, and that's why I had gotten them ~ but they're size 4 and the small HEART is appropriate for pre-teens too. As I recall, it's a real LONDON BLUE TOPAZ (pretty TURQUOISE) in a faceted HEART shape, set in sterling silver. I put it next to a dime so you could see the approximate size of the stone, band and entire ring.
