New Lg Dress by Hem & Thread

This dress is new minus the tags! I bought it for myself but gained too much weight before I could wear it. I put it as a dress but would look super cute with leggings or jeggings! Size is large. This also has a tie in the back at neck which forms a open area below the neck!!
