New Look is a UK company. Size says 18 UK which is a 14 US. Black silky type dress with chevron print. Chevron is white, orangish color, and blue. Elastic waist. There is a button at the top of the back neck. I've worn it plenty of times. Always washed on cold and hung to dry. It is super cute with tights.
