tbalog @mangi - I'm sorry I have no way in what I can see to cancel payment. Poshmark has that authority. Have you contacted them, if so they need to advise me on what I need to do.

tbalog would also like to add, in the past the customer would cancel and I would get notification of the cancel and the item "sold" sign is removed. This item still has the sold sign.
