New Lucky Brand Midi Dress $60 with tags!

This faded black midi dress from Lucky Brand has not been worn and still has tags on! I bought it for $70 and am selling it for $60, but willing to negotiate. It has a unique tie on the side of the waist, which is really flattering. It unfortunately doesn’t fit me right on top. It is a size small, but runs a little big as I usually wear a size 10/medium. Material is 64% modal and 36% polyester.
