New Luli & Me Boys White Blue Striped Bubble & Hat

New white bubble and matching hat by Luli and Me. Simple and classic in white with accents in a blue and white striped fabric. Buttons up the back and between the legs. The front of the legs are straight and the back are elastic so they gather. The hat is a bucket style with white on top and the matching blue stripe around the rim.
