New Luli and Me Boys Smocked Button On Short Set

This is a brand new Luli and Me long sleeve John John. The shirt is creamy white with tiny blue buttons and blue smocking across the front. The little blue shorts button on to the bottom of the shirt. The 2T measures 18.5" from the back button at the neck to the center between the legs and 12" underarm to underarm. Waist is 9" across at the buttons. Size 4T is 21" from the back button at the neck to the center between the legs. It measures 13" underarm to underarm. Waist is 10.5" across.
