What's the skirt like on this? Is it flowy or tight?

@ladysunkissed neither really. If you walk in it, it's a little tight around the bottom. I guess it's just the right amount of tightness. Not too much.

I would say more flowy. Totally depends on your body too. Thicker thighs will obviously be a little tight. Hope this helps!
