New Chelsea & Violet floral high-low halter dress in medium and XS. Crochet detail at neck. Light blue to dark fade. Beautiful flowers, fully lined with adjustable straps. Approx 1.5” elastic band in back at an approx 15” waist. Approx measurements for med;45” long down the back middle, 30” down front middle. Approx 16.75 across at armpits. Approx measurements for the XS; 13.25", 29" down the front middle and 45" down the back middle. Dress-100% polyester, trim-100% rayon, lining-100% polyester. Hand wash cold. These were bought from a department store but they don’t have the c&v tag just a tag the store put on. They are new.
