Made in Canada by the Martino Company who is known for great quality products. They use selected waterproof leathers so you can enjoy your busy & happy life. Boots are new. May have been tried on. There are a couple of places on the toe area (where it meets the sole)of one boot that to me looks like they probably were that way from the company but could have been from handling.
