Most notable is on toe - see pics - Also the insole is loose (not sure that hurts anything because the foot keeps it in place, or it could be reglued easily) - No tags or box Modern and casual style European size 47, which translates closest to size 11. I have read that this brand runs a tad bigger than usual, so this may fit someone with 11.5.
