New Merona Brand Seahorse Print Dress

New with tags Merona brand navy & coral/orange seahorse print dress. Size medium. The dress has pockets!! Sleeveless/sundress with a high/low length and a tie waist. There is a lining sewn in. The front measures just over 37 inches in the front and 41 inches in the back when measured from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress. Laid flat the bustline/pit to pit is about 19.5 inches across, and the smallest part of the waist right above the waistband measures just short of 17.5 inches (but the waistband is elastic in the back and can stretch.)
