ladyelizabee @rogerpumasunam Oh... um... it should not be 15 inches in circumference if it's narrow calf(7.5 on one side would be 15 inches all the way around) Naturalizer narrow calf size should run about 6.5 inches on one side for a size 6, adding .20 to each next size. 13.60 inches should be the calf circumference for a 7.5. So I'm really confused now! Maybe if you measure the very top? If they aren't really narrow, I can't get them:(
