Reposhing this item I just purchased because it is too big. I tried it on for 5 seconds and then rinsed it off in cold water (due to no hygiene protector) and laid it flat to dry. I purchased it NWOT and it has only been tried on briefly.

@jessimarie808 Hi! I would say it is. I usually wear a M bottom, but bought this because I thought it would run small, but it was big on me. I am a 34/36 B and the top was also big on me (usually a M in sports bras and S in bikini tops). Hope that helps!
