murrk8 @sdlambert hey sorry I didn't respond before, my notifications were accidentally turned off! The waist isn't elastic, but it is true to size. I'm 5'8" with short legs and it comes a little above my knee :) hope that helps, lemme know if I can given you a deal, doll!
