This chain/necklace's pendant can be removed and worn either with the mother of Pearl showing or the silver tone metal with the black enamel design. Also it can be worn long or short using the toggle bar through the pendant loop. There is a magnet on the back of the loop and the loop can be opened as you can see in one of the pictures.
