New Pretty Peacock Skirt Teal Fits Small

This is a boutique designer skirt in the prettiest peacock fabric. It’s new with tags, marked a medium but would fit a size 4/ 26 in waist person. I can provide exact measurements by request. I’m a size 7 (go between 6 and 8) and it will not zip up for me. It has a side zip.
