New Raves Black Sequined Vintage Midi Dress 5/6

size: 5/6 Waist: 12" - 14" Length: 43" Skirt Length: 26" flat lay Vintage dress by New Raves. Black poly material in midi length, shoulder has a gathered look with sequins around the top. Elastic waist and button on the back neck. There's suppose to be 2 buttons but one is missing, please see photos. Otherwise good vintage condition. Please note that today's sizing is different than it was in the 80s so please go by measurements. The bust is pretty roomy so it's mostly the waist you need to measure for.
